I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Craft Her Fairytale Kingdom on Canvas

Imagine your child stepping into a world where they're the star of their own royal story. Our Whimsical Princess Canvas captures dreamlike elegance, featuring flowing dresses and delicate floral accents that bring a fairytale setting to life.

Against a backdrop of enchanted windows, your child transforms into nobility, creating a portrait that's both a personal keepsake and an artistic heirloom. Perfect for those magical moments when your child embraces her inner princess.

TL;DR: Transform your child into a royal figure with a custom princess portrait. Ideal for kids who love fairytales, this museum-quality canvas turns photos into a whimsical keepsake.

Who wants their child's room to echo a fairytale?

This portrait is tailor-made for young dreamers, those kids who spend their days imagining kingdoms in backyards or living rooms. It's a match for little ones who adore fairytales and dress-up days. If your child prefers spaceships to carriages, this might not be their thing.

How does a child's royalty come to life on canvas?

Your child's photograph becomes the blueprint for royal transformation. Our AI smartly swaps faces, then an artist refines details to ensure the mood and expressions match the theme. Interestingly, about 1 in 12 initial AI generations are set aside because they don't capture the essence as vividly as we insist upon.

Why choose this over any other child's portrait?

Unlike off-the-shelf portraits, this canvas features unique customization tailored solely to your child. We retire themes after six months, ensuring each piece remains as exclusive as a royal's signature crown.

자주 묻는 질문

What if the photo quality is low?We recommend high-resolution images for clarity, but our artists can often work wonders with less.
Can I swap faces later?Face swaps post-production aren't possible, as these are custom-made items, but previews help minimize surprises.
Is this suitable for boys? While aimed at girls, customization can be adjusted for any child's imagination.
Can I choose different backgrounds? The enchanted setting is fixed to embody the princess theme authentically.
