I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Our canvas captures intricate expressions and vibrant details, set against a rich, textured background. It's not just about what hangs on the wall but the warmth it brings into a room — perfect for those who appreciate a personal touch in their decor.

TL;DR: Transform a favorite photo into a stunning personalized canvas portrait, ideal for celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, or just because.

Who Will Love a Portrait?

Perfect for individuals who hold sentimental value in personalized gifts, like grandparents treasuring family portraits or partners marking an anniversary. Not ideal for those seeking cliché mass-produced prints.

The Artistic Journey: How It's Created

Our process starts with your photo, uniquely enhancing its essence through AI-assisted technology, followed by our artists refining final details for a lifelike effect. Our head of production, Maya, insists we discard around 1 in 12 drafts to ensure perfection.

Why Choose Our Custom Canvas Over a Stock Print?

This isn't just a standard canvas. Every element is personally tailored, ensuring the portrait feels truly unique. Unlike generic prints, ours hold your essence, and we refresh our themes to maintain exclusivity.
