It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Step into a Playful Detective Universe

In the whimsical world of our custom police portraits, your love story takes center stage with charming touches of detective flair. Imagine a scene where cookies replace badges, and your shared moments are captured with a dash of humor and warmth. The details incorporate a playful twist that adds character to your cherished memories.

This is more than a canvas; it's a light-hearted tribute to the law enforcement journey you both admire and celebrate. From engagements to anniversaries, this piece makes a perfect gift for couples who wear their love for policing with a smile.

TL;DR: Turn your favorite photo into a fun detective-themed portrait, ideal for couples who love law enforcement humor and shared keepsakes. Perfect for celebrating anniversaries or engagements.

Which couples thrive in a detective-themed portrait?

This portrait is a hit with couples who share a sense of humor about their passion for law enforcement — those quirky partners who giggle at crime shows and debate the best detective novels. If you're all about tradition, or stickler for rigidly historical depictions, this playful take might not be your style.

How do we make your detective adventure unforgettable?

We start by digitally transforming your photo with AI, placing you into a detective-themed scene overflowing with personality. Our artists then refine the details, ensuring every feature aligns perfectly. Around 1 out of 12 pieces won't pass our tough quality checks, but that's what maintains our standard. Lastly, it's printed on museum-quality canvas, capturing your playful adventure permanently.

What sets this canvas apart from generic detective art?

Unlike generic detective prints, this isn't just about a backdrop swap. Each element — from the cookie props to the playful poses — is a nod to your unique story, with the scene retired after just six months to ensure exclusivity. Generic pieces can't compete with this level of personalization.
