It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Turn His Adventures Into Timeless Aviator Art

Channel the spirit of flight with our Custom Pilot Portrait, designed for those whose hearts lie in the clouds. Each portrait features flight essentials like an aviator jacket, soaring airplane, and protective goggles—set against breathtaking mountain vistas that evoke a sense of boundless adventure.

Crafted to capture the distinct aura of aviators, this canvas transforms everyday photos into tributes fitting for pilot enthusiasts and daring dreamers alike.

TL;DR: A Custom Pilot Portrait is the perfect canvas for the adventurous man inspired by flight. Ideal for pilots and aviation fans celebrating milestones or their love of the skies.

Is this aviator canvas the right fit for him?

This portrait is perfect for men who see the sky as their playground—whether he's a licensed pilot or an aviation enthusiast dreaming of takeoff. It's especially suitable for those marking milestones or looking for a unique, heartfelt gift. Probably not the best bet if your recipient detests flying or avoids adventure at any cost.

How does the aviator artwork take flight?

Our expert team starts with your photograph, performing an AI-assisted face swap to replace generic elements with personalized features. Our head of production, Maya, then oversees the artist refinements to ensure every detail captures the essence of classic aviation. It's worth noting, around 1 in 12 images need a redo because the initial generation doesn't quite lock the face right.

What makes our pilot portrait soar above others?

Unlike generic prints, each Custom Pilot Portrait is a one-of-a-kind masterpiece that's both personal and highly detailed—with themes that are retired after a limited run to ensure rarity and exclusivity. These unique elements make your portrait as personal as a pilot’s logbook.
