I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Neon Nights & Retro Love: Stand Out

Step back into the dazzling era of neon lights and bold fashion with our Custom Neon Couple Portrait. Picture your loved ones clad in iconic 80s tracksuits, sporting headbands and fanny packs, surrounded by vibrant geometric patterns that scream retro-chic.

This isn't just a portrait; it's a time machine for any couple who revels in the playful spirit of nostalgia. Couples who thrive on individuality will find this pop-art style canvas perfectly captures their essence.

TL;DR: Capture your favorite couple in vibrant 80s neon style, perfect for anniversaries or any duo that loves a bold throwback aesthetic.

Which Couples Can Rock the Neon 80s Look?

This portrait is ideal for couples who lived through the 80s and want to relive the era or those who simply adore its bold fashion and color. It's a hit for anniversaries where nostalgia is a focus. If minimalism or muted tones are your thing, this might not be your style.

How We Transform Photos Into Neon Art

Our process begins with your uploaded photo, which we enhance using AI for a precise face-swap onto our 80s template. Then, our artists hand-tweak the details to ensure a perfect fit. Interestingly, we reject about 1 in 12 canvases because the vibrancy doesn't pop as it should.

Why Our Neon Portraits Turn Heads

Unlike other generic art prints, our neon 80s canvas is a one-of-one creation. Once you've ordered, we've locked this theme for you, ensuring the uniqueness and authenticity of your couple's portrait—something a wander through typical home decor stores just can't offer.
