I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Live in the Limelight: Your Concert Canvas

Transport the man in your life straight into the heart of the music scene with our custom Musician Man Portrait. Envision vibrant stage lights, the electric charisma of a live performance, and the feeling of adrenaline only found when performing for a crowd. This piece is not just a portrait, it’s a celebration of his musical passion.

Rich, deep blues and purples dominate the canvas, reflecting the mood of an unforgettable live show. Whether it’s jazz, rock, or blues, this canvas fits a multitude of genres, painting the perfect picture of his on-stage persona. Ideal for musicians with a flair for performance, but maybe not quite right for someone who's more into classical recitals.

TL;DR: Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, or any occasion that celebrates music, this custom musician portrait places your subject amid vibrant stage lights—ideal for any man who thrives in the spotlight.

Who are these musician portraits perfect for?

This portrait is a hit with men who light up on stage—think your dad who always dreamed of being in a band or your best friend who spends weekends jamming in the garage. It's also fantastic for those celebrating milestones like a 50th birthday or a retirement that deserve the fanfare of rockstar moments. It's probably not the best fit if the intended recipient cherishes a quieter, perhaps more classical musical vibe.

How do we create the perfect musician portrait?

We transform your photos into dazzling portraits using AI face-swap technology, followed by meticulous artist refinement. Each step is crucial, and we discard one in twelve attempts due to off-kilter compositions—ensuring the final piece looks just right. The result is a museum-quality canvas that captures the true spirit of the stage lights.

Why choose our custom canvas over generic prints?

Unlike stock canvas prints, our portraits are truly yours—crafted with a specific theme that mirrors the unique vibe of live concerts. We continuously rotate themes every six months to maintain exclusivity and freshness in your decor. It's a blend of innovation and personalization that you won't find elsewhere.
