I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Capture Your Concert Night Memories

Celebrate your harmony with a canvas that places you and your partner in the heart of a live gig. Imagine vivid stage lights casting a warm glow as you belt out your favorite tunes together. This isn't just a canvas, it's your very own concert experience frozen in time.

We transform your photo into a spectacle of sound and color, replete with a cheering crowd and musical vibes. If strumming chords and shared rhythms are your love languages, this one's for you.

TL;DR: Perfect for music-loving couples, this canvas immortalizes your passion for performing with guitars, microphones, and vibrant stage lights.

Who makes the best musician portrait muses?

This portrait is ideal for couples who live for the thrill of a live performance, whether they're gigging in Austin's iconic bars or just jamming at home. It resonates with those who see music as their shared bond. If you're more into quiet nights with a book rather than concert vibes, better options might be our Serene Musician Portrait.

How does your photo become a concert masterpiece?

We start with your favorite photo, then our AI aligns faces within a lively concert scene. Artists retouch every detail to perfection on a gallery-wrapped, museum-quality canvas. Despite our best efforts, about 1 in 12 photos don't meet our artistic standards for face alignment and are reworked until perfect.

Why this musician portrait strikes a chord?

Unlike generic canvases that fill your home, this piece is richly personalized to your concert memories. Each portrait is limited edition, giving you a truly unique artwork. We even rotate our designs every six months to ensure your piece remains exclusive.
