It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Capture Your Soldier's Valor on Canvas

Step into a world where valor and honor are captured in every brushstroke. Our Custom Military Man Portrait turns a simple photo into a powerful statement of pride, showcasing the detailed elements of a heroic military uniform complete with a helmet and tactical gear.

The rich, uniformed hues and authentic military props make it a standout piece in any room — a unique way to celebrate those who've worn the uniform with pride.

TL;DR: Transform a photo into a heroic military portrait for proud soldiers and veterans. Celebrates service with authentic uniform details on museum-quality canvas.

Is this portrait ideal for your soldier or veteran?

This portrait is perfect for service members, veterans, and even for the parents who take pride in their children's service. We don't recommend it for those without a strong connection to the military, as the theme heavily relies on the personal significance of military service.

How do we craft your military masterpiece?

Every portrait begins with a photo upload. Our AI initiates a face-swap with the military theme, after which our artists refine it to precision. Each canvas undergoes rigorous review — in fact, we reject about 1 in 12 due to minor imperfections — ensuring museum-quality results before it's hand-stretched over a sturdy frame.

Why choose this military portrait over others?

Unlike generic military prints, our portraits are one-of-a-kind, personalized with your face in the frame. This isn't just mass-produced art; the design is retired after six months, making each piece a truly unique homage to military honor.
