It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Become a Legendary Woman Knight

Step into a realm of chivalry and valor with a personalized touch. Our Custom Knight Woman Portrait captures the essence of medieval gallantry and feminine strength, enveloping the subject in intricate armor against the backdrop of an imposing castle bathed in the hues of a dramatic sunset.

This isn't merely a portrait; it's a journey to a world where honor and courage define your every move. Ideal for women who aspire to embody the spirit of a warrior, this piece will speak volumes about their inner heroism.

TL;DR: This custom knight woman portrait transforms her photo into a medieval heroine on canvas — perfect for gifts celebrating inner strength and courage. Ideal for milestones and those who embrace their warrior spirit.

Who truly shines in a knightly guise?

Perfect for any woman who feels a kinship with Joan of Arc or Lady Guinevere, this portrait suits those who love medieval tales and personal empowerment. Whether it's a coming-of-age gift for a young woman or a commemorative piece for a milestone, this is for those who see themselves as modern-day knights. Not quite the right fit if you're seeking something more whimsical or light-hearted, like our Regal Medieval Warrior Canvas.

Crafting your knightly legacy

Our process begins with your uploaded photo, which our AI expertly face-swaps into a pre-designed knight template. This is followed by an artist’s refinement, ensuring every detail feels authentic. We discard roughly 1 in 12 drafts if the knightly visage doesn't embody the strength intended. Finally, it's printed on museum-quality canvas for a piece as lasting as the tales of old.

Why is this knight portrait truly unique?

Unlike mass-produced prints, your custom knight portrait is one-of-one, rendered in such detail that it captures not just the look, but also the essence of bravery and adventure. We cherish rarity; that's why each design theme is retired after six months, ensuring your piece remains as exclusive as its muse.
