It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Step into the Legendary Romance of Chivalry

Transport yourselves to a bygone era where knights roamed and romance was chivalrous. Our Custom Knight Couple Portrait frames you and your partner in a world of elegance and bravery with ornate armor and flowing gowns against the majestic backdrop of a medieval castle kissed by the dawning sun's rays.

This isn't just about taking on titles of nobility; it's about capturing your bond under the ethereal glow of history's most romantic period. Imagine the elegance of metal meeting the softness of fabric — a perfect blend of strength and grace that encapsulates the enduring love you share.

TL;DR: This romantic medieval canvas is perfect for couples enchanted by the era of knights and castles. Capture your love story in a fantasy setting, ideal for anniversary or engagement gifts.

Which Couples Shine in Knights’ Armor?

This portrait is perfect for couples who daydream about the romantic tales of knights and maidens—those who find beauty in history and want to capture it as part of their own love story. On the flip side, if you're not into grand gestures or the medieval aesthetic feels too distant, this might not be your fit.

The Alchemy Behind Your Knightly Facade

Our production process kicks off with AI to seamlessly integrate your photo into the knight theme, followed by our artists hand-perfecting each detail. About 1 in 12 designs are redone to ensure the final piece feels authentic. Each portrait is then printed on a 100% cotton canvas, delivering true museum quality.

Why This Medieval Portrait Outshines the Rest

Unlike off-the-shelf canvas prints, each of our knight-themed portraits is created specifically for you — your moment lies in the heart of each creation. These designs retire after six months, making your piece both distinct and rare. Embracing medieval romance has never been so unique.
