I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Transform Photos into Serene Urban Art

This custom impressionist woman portrait invites you into a tranquil urban moment, blending soft pastels and delicate brush strokes. Perfect for the woman who cherishes the elegance of city life with a touch of refinement. Imagine her surrounded by the gentle hustle, cradled by cozy blankets and vibrant greenery—a scene uniquely hers.

Curate a visual narrative as unique as her essence. The impressionist style offers an intimate glimpse into a sophisticated life, enhanced with subtle touches like smart devices or soft ambient light. It’s her narrative in shades and textures that mirror urban living.

TL;DR: This custom impressionist portrait is perfect for the modern woman who values elegance and serenity. An ideal gift for birthdays or as a sophisticated home addition.

Which women best suit an urban impressionist portrait?

This portrait is for the woman who loves cityscapes and tranquil moments in urban settings—perfect for those who appreciate having their life story told through refined, artistic expressions. Not recommended for those who prefer bold or abstract themes like the Cowboy Wanted style.

How is an impressionist city portrait crafted?

We start with your photo, skillfully blend it with impressionist elements using AI face-swap technology, and refine it through our artists' careful touch until it resonates with serenity. Honest note: around 1 in 12 aren’t quite right on the first go.

What sets this urban impressionist apart?

Unlike generic prints, each canvas is a singular masterpiece that forever captures a moment of urban elegance. We retire each theme after six months to maintain exclusivity, ensuring your portrait remains a personal artifact, not mass-produced décor.

Is the impressionist style customizable?Customization centers on your chosen theme and photo; the impressionist style itself remains consistently elegant.
What if I want a different theme later?Once ordered, theme swaps aren’t possible. If you’re unsure, explore other styles like the Romantic Ocean Canvas.
Can I use old photos?Certainly, just ensure they’re not too degraded. Our artists work best with clear images.
