I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Imagine her likeness captured with ethereal colors, creating a serene ambiance that feels both personal and universal. It's not just a portrait; it's a serene escape into artistry, making it a delightful addition to any home that treasures artful contemplation.

TL;DR: Transform her photo into a serene impressionist canvas — ideal for those appreciating timeless elegance in art. A personal, sophisticated gift for any art lover.

Who Will Find Their Essence in an Impressionist Portrait?

This portrait suits women who admire the elegance and subtlety of impressionist art, from your art-loving aunt to that friend who views the world as a canvas of possibilities. It's great for those with a taste for timeless pieces and won't suit those looking for bold and vibrant statements in their home décor.

How Do We Craft Your Impressionist Dream?

The process begins with your photo; we pass it through an AI face-swap based on impressionist aesthetics. Our skilled artists then refine the details, ensuring the soft hues and gentle textures stay intact. We discard about 1 in 15 creations to ensure the portrait aligns with the serene quality we promise.

What Sets This Portrait Apart from the Rest?

Unlike a standard canvas, this piece is crafted uniquely around the impressionist style, making it one-of-one. With each portrait, we retire the theme every six months, maintaining the exclusivity and rarity you won't find elsewhere.
