It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Infuse Your Space with Equestrian Calm

Transform her cherished horse moment into a canvas that's more than art; it's a dance of autumn's essence. Feel the sweater's embrace, the rustic brick under her feet, and the gentle glow of golden hour light — all enveloping her companion's serene glance.

This isn't just a decoration; it's a tailored tribute to her equestrian bond. Perfect for those seeking a tranquil centerpiece that mirrors the silent strength and graceful allure of horses. Revel in the peaceful sophistication this canvas brings to any space.

TL;DR: Turn her favorite equestrian memory into a personalized canvas. Ideal for women who cherish the serene connection between horse and human.

Who are the true equestrian queens that need this?

This portrait is perfect for the woman who finds peace in the gentle companionship of horses, whether she clocks hours at the stable or simply dreams of equine freedom from her city apartment. If she appreciates the calming vibe of autumn and the sophistication of personal touches, she’ll adore this. On the other hand, those uninterested in equestrian themes might not see the same magic.

How do we capture horse tranquility?

The journey begins with your photo — we run it through our AI for an initial face-swap, carefully matching the tones with serene equestrian themes. Our artists then refine to capture every detail, ensuring the horse's majesty shines on each canvas. Our head of production, Maya, insists on discarding roughly 1 in 12 creations that don’t capture the serene vibe, guaranteeing quality.

What makes this horse portrait truly unique?

Unlike generic canvas products, our portrait offers a one-of-a-kind personalization, celebrating her unique bond with the horse. Each piece is a limited edition, designed to be exclusive by retiring each theme after six months, elevating it from just wall art to a cherished heirloom.

자주 묻는 질문

What if the photo quality is low?We recommend high-resolution images for best results, but our team can work with most photos. If there’s an issue, we’ll contact you for replacements.
Can I swap faces later?Unfortunately, once the portrait is finalized, face changes aren't possible. Please ensure the photo you upload is your final choice.
Can I choose the background? The serene equestrian theme comes with a fixed autumn backdrop designed for tranquility — think soft natural light and warm colors.
Is this canvas suitable for outdoor spaces? While the canvas is durable, we recommend keeping it indoors to maintain its quality. Direct sunlight and exposure to elements can damage the print.
Do you offer gift wrapping? At this time, we offer standard packaging and shipping. However, many customers creatively wrap the canvas upon arrival for gifting.
