I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Capture Your Story in Vivid Street Art

Imagine your personality splashed across a vibrant canvas, brimming with urban flair and creativity. Our Graffiti Man Portrait delivers just that — a piece that combines street art's bold colors and dynamic energy with your unique image. Perfect for those drawn to the rhythm and pulse of city life.

The dynamic composition includes vivid graffiti elements, urban landscapes, and music notes, all centered around your likeness. This isn't just art — it's your spirit immortalized on canvas, ready to hang and inspire.

TL;DR: This custom graffiti portrait is for anyone who cherishes urban culture and music. A perfect fit for music lovers, creative professionals, and those who embody city energy.

Who Embraces the Graffiti Vibe?

This portrait is ideal for men who see the world as their canvas — those who blend creativity with culture. Perfect for music lovers who live and breathe hip-hop, or urban explorers drawn to the vibrant pulse of city streets. If your style leans more towards classic and subdued, this bolder option might not suit you.

How Do We Capture Your Urban Essence?

We begin with your uploaded photo, giving it an AI face-swap with a graffiti template. Our artists then meticulously refine details to ensure it captures your true essence. Fun fact: about 1 in 12 designs get rejected in the quality check because the face doesn't lock perfectly. We take pride in getting it just right before printing it on a museum-quality canvas.

Why Choose This Urban Art Over Others?

What sets our graffiti canvas apart is its exclusivity. Each piece is one-of-one, your image embedded in an urbane art landscape. Unlike mass-produced prints, these aren’t just pictures — they’re vibrant stories full of life, retired and replaced regularly to keep your portrait unique.
