I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Your Love Story in a Gothic Castle's Embrace

Step into a world where moonlit towers cast shadows over an enchanted forest. Our Gothic Couple Portrait captures your essence, turning your shared moments into a timeless piece of ethereal art. Feel the whispers of centuries-old trees as your love story is painted with strokes of dark elegance.

Ideal for couples who revel in the allure of the gothic dawn, this one-of-a-kind piece transposes your photo into a universe where romance and mystery intertwine.

TL;DR: Capture the essence of your romance with a Custom Gothic Couple Portrait, perfect for lovers who cherish mystery and magical settings.

Which Couples Fit the Gothic Castle Elegance?

This portrait suits couples who find beauty in the haunting echoes of the past and the allure of the night sky. Perfect for those who enjoy tales woven from shadows and moon beams. Honestly, if your idea of romance is strictly candlelight dinners in well-lit dining rooms, this might not strike a chord.

How is Your Gothic Portrait Crafted?

After you upload your photo, we initiate the face-swap using AI technology, followed by our artists weaving their magic to perfect the details. The process is intricate — about 1 in 12 creations are reworked because the shadows need to align just right to encapsulate that gothic atmosphere. Finally, the finished piece is printed on sturdy, museum-quality canvas ready for display.

Why Choose This Gothic Canvas?

Unlike generic canvas prints, this portrait embraces a true gothic motif, combining your faces with a bespoke magical setting. Our designs are retired every six months, adding an element of exclusivity to your keepsake.
