I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Your Love Story in Candlelit Gothic Majesty

Envision yourselves as part of a dark fairy tale, adorned with opulent crowns and lavish jewels. Our Gothic-themed canvas sets you against a backdrop rich in shadows and candlelight, reflecting a kind of romance imbued with a mystical allure.

Perfect for couples who revel in the drama of Gothic aesthetics, this portrait offers a unique way to celebrate anniversaries or engagements, providing a striking statement piece as visually compelling as your love story itself.

TL;DR: Our Custom Gothic Couple Portrait on canvas is perfect for couples who appreciate dark elegance and regality, especially fitting for anniversaries or engagements.

Is a Gothic Portrait Right for Us?

This regal Gothic canvas is for couples who love Baroque aesthetics and dramatic flair—think anniversaries or engagements where a standard frame just won't do. If subtlety and minimalism are more your thing, this might not be the right match.

How Does Our Gothic Portrait Come to Life?

We start with your photo and use advanced AI to craft a gothic setting; our artists then refine every detail by hand. Interestingly, about 1 in 12 initial AI drafts don’t meet our standards and are discarded, assuring a perfect final piece.

Why Choose Our Gothic over Generic?

Unlike typical canvas prints, our portraits are one-of-a-kind with faces that are uniquely yours. We enhance the exclusivity by retiring each theme after six months, ensuring your portrait remains as distinctive as your love.
