I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Transform Your Dreams into a Mermaid Canvas

Imagine plunging into an enchanting underwater world where your visage becomes the heart of an ethereal mermaid kingdom. Our custom mermaid portrait artistically envelops your photo with vibrant fins and a mystical aquatic backdrop.

Whether her heart beats for ocean depths or fantasy's allure, this portrait brings an iridescent splash of magic to her space. Perfect for stirring dreams and sparking journeys of the imagination.

TL;DR: Turn a loved one into a mystical mermaid with our custom portrait. Ideal for those who dream of sea and fantasy, this museum-quality canvas makes unique birthdays or any-day gifts.

Who Dreams in Oceania?

This custom mermaid portrait enchants women who fantasize about becoming part of the sea—ideal for birthday or holiday gifts. It's a perfect match for dreamers, ocean lovers, and those who feel a special connection to mythical worlds. Not suited for someone searching for a more traditional or classic styled art piece.

How Does This Enchantment Materialize?

We begin with your photo and pass it through our AI for face-swapping. Then, our artists take over, infusing personal touches and layering vivid fantasy details. Despite our high digital standards, if a face doesn't fit just right, it's counted among the 1 in 12 images we set aside to ensure flawless renditions. Finally, your creation arrives on a thick, museum-grade canvas.

Why This Mermaid Canvas Swims Alone

Unlike generic canvas prints, each portrait is bespoke and one-of-a-kind, forever capturing the dreamer's visage. We retire our themes every six months, ensuring no two mermaids swim alike, offering exclusivity that other canvas prints just can't match.
