It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Who thrives in this elf-inspired fantasy?

It's a hit with fantasy novel fans and those who revel in mystical lore. Fair warning: if you're not fond of the whimsical or decorative art, this might not be your jam.

How do we craft this enchanting portrait?

We start with your uploaded photo, applying AI to blend your features seamlessly onto our Elf Queen template. Yet, our process doesn't end there—every portrait is refined by an artist, ensuring detail perfection. About 1 in 12 are discarded if the face swap doesn't align flawlessly, ensuring only the best reaches your walls.

What sets this fantasy canvas apart?

Unlike generic fantasy art, each piece is personalized, capturing your unique identity as part of a rare, ever-evolving set of themes. We retire designs to maintain exclusivity, so your portrait remains a unique artifact in the realm of fantasy.
