It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Embody the Wisdom of an Enchanted Scholar

Picture yourself amidst the ancient texts, draped in opulent robes that whisper stories of distant realms. Our custom Fantasy Woman Portrait lets you feel the majestic air of a regal scholar, painting you into a world where knowledge intertwines with magic. This isn't just any portrait—it's a canvas where your inner enchantress thrives.

The serene glow of candlelit ambiance, the gentle rustle of weathered pages, and the mystical aura of learning weave a tapestry of elegance and wisdom. With a stroke of creativity, transform your photo into a timeless masterpiece, where your story is inscribed within the chapters of a fantastical library.

TL;DR: Capture yourself or a loved one as a Fantasy Scholar in an enchanted setting. Ideal for fantasy aficionados, book lovers, or women who relish the world of imagination and magic.

Who transforms effortlessly into a Fantasy Scholar?

This portrait suits women enamored with fantasy worlds and the intrigues of endless tales. Perfect for book lovers who dream of living in enchanted realms and those celebrating milestones with magic. Not ideal for minimalists whose décor leans stark and ultra-modern.

How does your mystical transformation occur?

We start with your uploaded photo, apply an AI face-swap to fit the mystical theme, and then our artists refine every detail to ensure a lifelike accuracy and magical aura. On average, 1 in 12 portraits doesn't make the cut due to facial mismatch—your portrait won't be shipped unless it meets our standard. Maya Chen, our head of production, ensures no thread of imperfection ruins the tapestry.

What distinguishes this Fantasy Scholar canvas from the others?

Unlike bulk-made fantasy prints, this creation is uniquely yours. With each theme being retired after 6 months, your Fantasy Scholar portrait remains a rare treasure, deeply personal and never replicated—a stark contrast to generic mass-produced art.
