I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Who Feels Like Royalty in This Portrait?

This portrait shines for women who are daydreamers at heart, immersing themselves in stories of fantasy and wonder. It’s perfect for a birthday gift or treating oneself to a magical art piece. Not quite the fit for those with a minimalist or modern edge — this piece revels in its florid detail and ornate charm.

How Does Fantasy Come Alive?

Your journey begins by uploading a cherished photo, which forms the basis of the magic. Our AI takes its first brush stroke, meticulously swapping faces to set the foundation. Yet it's our artisans, refining the details by hand, who breathe life into your fantasy portrait, ensuring fidelity and expression. Up to one in twelve drafts are discarded to meet our artistic standards, culminating in a museum-grade canvas destined for your wall.

What Sets Our Fantasy Canvas Apart?

This isn't just another stock image on canvas. Each portrait is a singular work, reflecting the individual persona and the vibrant dream of the wearer. We retire each theme after six months to preserve its exclusivity, ensuring your artwork remains as unique as the story behind it.
