I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Make Her Fantasy of Being a Mermaid Real

Dive into a world of shimmering seas where your daughter's imagination takes center stage. Our Custom Mermaid Crown Portrait brings forth an enchanting underwater world filled with iridescent colors, delicate ocean flora, and a glistening crown fit for a princess. Every stroke captures her spirit, making it not just art, but a memory she'll cherish.

Let your child see herself as the mystical mermaid princess she dreams of being. Whether it’s the cascading waves in her hair or the twinkling pearls of her crown, every detail is crafted to mesmerize and inspire endless tales of underwater escapades.

TL;DR: Turn your daughter's photo into a mesmerizing mermaid princess portrait. Perfect for imaginative girls who love magical, underwater adventures.

Who's this Mystical Artwork Perfect For?

This portrait is ideal for little girls aged 5-12 who adore mermaids and underwater princesses. It's perfect for birthdays or as a reward for creative milestones. Perhaps it's not going to hit the mark if your child prefers dragons over mermaids or if they're allergic to beautiful whimsy!

How Do We Create Your Child's Fantasy?

Uploading a simple photo transforms into magic through a precise AI face-swap, bringing her fantasy to life. Our artists then refine every portrait with meticulous attention to detail on hues and textures. Our head of production, Maya, insists on discarding around 1 in 12 pieces to ensure only the most enchanting results make the cut.

What Sets Our Fantasy Portraits Apart?

Unlike mass-produced prints, each portrait in our Fantasy Girl series is a one-of-a-kind artwork that captures your child's unique essence. We refresh our themes every six months, keeping your artwork rare and exclusive. It's genuinely personalized—not something you pull off the shelf!
