I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Step into Your Own Fantasy Tale

Imagine escaping into a world where you and your loved one become the centerpiece of a fantasy realm—complete with majestic mountain views, flowing royal garb, and crowns fit for a king and queen. It's like jumping right into your favorite fantasy saga.

This isn't just a canvas with pretty decorations; it's your love story in an artwork that makes you both the stars of an enchanting narrative. Ideal for couples who relish epic tales and fairytale endings.

TL;DR: A Custom Fantasy Couple Portrait lets couples transform into a regal fantasy setting on a museum-quality canvas, perfect for those celebrating anniversaries, engagements, or simply a shared love for all things whimsical.

Who Embodies the Fantasy Couple Look?

This portrait is for couples who are never shy about embracing the fantastical—those who cherish stories of epic quests and kingdoms. If you're celebrating your 10th anniversary and want something beyond flowers and dinner, this is your canvas. Not a match for those who prefer contemporary or minimalist designs.

Crafting a Fantasy Love Story

Your fantasy portrait starts with you uploading a favorite photo. Advanced AI tech does an initial, but surprisingly detailed, face-swap before our artists dive in for final touch-ups to capture your unique visage against a mystical backdrop. Surprisingly, about 1 in 12 trials get discarded to ensure the most lifelike quality. The final result is printed on museum-grade canvas, ready to enchant anyone who sees it.

How Is This Fantasy Portrait Unique?

Unlike a typical canvas print, this Fantasy Couple Portrait becomes a personal fairytale, featuring your faces in a world unlike any other. We retire themes every six months to maintain rarity and exclusivity, offering a 1-of-1 personalized piece unlike any stock art you’ll find elsewhere.
