I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Your Romantic Love Tale in Enchanted Woods

Transport your love story to an enchanted forest, where glowing lanterns illuminate your path and gentle waters whisper sweet nothings. Imagine your bond immortalized amidst lush florals, creating a canvas that breathes magic into every detail.

This fantasy couple portrait doesn't just capture an image—it unveils a dream world where romance meets imagination. Perfect for those who cherish whimsy and the allure of the unknown, this piece is a gateway to your very own fairy tale.

TL;DR: A custom fantasy couple portrait ideal for romantics who love enchanting narratives and mystical settings. It's not for anyone looking for a classic or minimalistic art piece.

Which couples embrace the fantasy dreamscape?

This portrait is for couples who adore fantasy books and stories, or dreamers who see the world through a lens of magic and possibility. If you're someone whose decor preference leans towards sleek modernism, this might not float your boat.

How is the magic crafted?

Begin with your cherished photo. Our tech enhances it with AI face-swap, bridging reality and fantasy. It's then perfected by our talented artists—led by Maya, who insists on discarding every 1 in 12 generations that miss our high bar. Finally, you're greeted with a museum-quality canvas.

What sets our enchanted forest apart?

Unlike generic prints, our fantasy portraits are uniquely yours, with tailored themes that are exclusive to our collection. We reinvent our selections every 6 months, keeping options fresh and your art truly unique.
