I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Is this Fantasy Portrait the Right Fit for Your Little Adventurer?

Perfect for boys who daydream about far-off lands and legendary quests, this Fantasy Portrait invites them into a world of their own making. It's an exceptional gift for birthdays, sparking imaginations, or just adding a dose of magic to their bedrooms. Might not be ideal for those seeking a more mature or minimalist aesthetic, as the vibrant whimsy is its defining allure.

Crafting the Magic: How We Bring Your Fantasy Portrait to Life

Our crafting process starts with the collection of your photo, using innovative AI face-swap technology to seamlessly blend it into our carefully designed fantasy backdrop. Following this, our skilled artists lend their touch, refining the piece to perfection. Though the technology is advanced, we discard about 1 in 12 generated portraits that don't meet our high standards, ensuring what you receive arrives artist-approved and full of magic.

What Sets Our Fantasy Portraits Apart from the Rest?

Unlike generic photo canvases that merely replicate, our Custom Fantasy Boy Portraits provide a completely one-of-a-kind experience, transforming your child into a fantasy world hero. Each theme is retired every six months, preserving its exclusivity. While others offer simple preservations, we promise a narrative adventure sealed on canvas.
