It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Let Your Child Ride Dinosaurs — A Magical Journey

Your kid's dreams get a life-sized upgrade with our Dinosaur Adventure Portrait. Imagine him amidst towering giants, scaling lush greens with the courage of a raptor tamer. This isn't just a portrait — it's a portal to a world where dinosaurs roam and courage knows no bounds.

Crafted with a palette full of vibrant greens and dramatic skylines, this canvas is perfect for kids living in a world filled with curiosity and energy. It's about creating stories as grand as the creatures depicted. Perfect for those who see adventure at every turn.

TL;DR: This custom portrait turns your child's photo into an epic dinosaur adventure, perfect for nurturing the imaginations of little explorers who dream of prehistoric quests.

Which young explorers fit this dino world?

Ideal for young dreamers captivated by prehistoric adventures and tales of courage, our Dinosaur Adventure Canvas captivates those who daydream of living among giants. It's not the best choice for kids who might be intimidated by lively, large-scale themes — the bold concept might overwhelm the shy and timid.

How do we bring the dinosaurs to life?

Starting with your child's photo, we transform it using AI for an initial face-swap with a dinosaur-riding persona. From there, our skilled artists refine every detail, ensuring your child looks every bit the daring hero against dramatic mountainous backdrops. Fun fact: about 1 in 12 drafts are refined for the perfect adventurous expression.

Why is this dino adventure truly one-of-a-kind?

Unlike other children's canvases with standard images, each Adventure Canvas here is one-of-a-kind. Not only does it capture your child's specific features, but we also retire our designs every six months to maintain exclusivity — ensuring your child’s portrait remains as unique as their imagination.
