It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Transform Holiday Moments into Lasting Art

Picture this: your family, wrapped in cozy plaid pajamas, in front of a twinkling Christmas tree. Our Custom Family Christmas Portrait captures such heartfelt moments, transforming them into a canvas that immortalizes the warmth and joy of the holiday season. Expect vibrant hues and the festive charm of Santa hats and snow-dusted backdrops.

Unlike any off-the-shelf decoration, this unique canvas integrates your family's cherished photo with elements like crackling fireplaces, and sparkly decorations, creating a piece that radiates the magic of Christmas.

TL;DR: Elevate your family's holiday spirit with a custom Christmas canvas, perfect for those cherishing festive memories with a touch of artistic flair.

Who Should Consider a Christmas Canvas?

This custom Christmas portrait is ideal for families who relish the holiday atmosphere — from those annual Christmas pajama photos to cozy gatherings by the fire. It's a perfect choice for grandparents who adore having family mementos at home or parents wanting to create lasting holiday memories. Not recommended for those who don’t cherish the seasonal buzz or lack wall space!

Crafting Your Christmas Keepsake

Your photo undergoes a meticulous process starting with an AI-assisted face swap, then tuned by our skilled artists to highlight each family member. We work with premium materials to deliver a museum-grade canvas. Trust us, about 1 in 12 iterations don't meet our group detail standards and are redone for perfection.

Why Choose Our Christmas Portrait?

Unlike a generic stock photo, each Christmas canvas is a one-off, reflecting your unique family dynamics. The holiday theme reinvents every six months, ensuring an exclusive and rare decoration. Plus, the artwork won't fade over years, keeping every memory as fresh as the moment it happened.
