It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Turn Your Family's Quirks into Art!

Ever looked at a family photo and thought, "This needs a little extra fun?" Our Custom Family Caricature Portraits bring those quirks to life in vibrant, lively detail. Imagine your family full of exaggerated expressions and colorful attire, smiling out from a premium canvas — a conversation starter for your living room.

A piece that transcends ordinary family portraits, it revels in the whimsical aspects of your family dynamic. Plus, the colorful palette and joyful themes make it especially suited for brightening up any home space, and it's a favorite at reunions!

TL;DR: Transform your family photo into a vibrant caricature on museum-quality canvas, perfect for those who love a playful and exaggerated take on family moments.

Is a caricature right for your family vibe?

Perfect for families who thrive on humor and love seeing their quirks captured on canvas. It's a hit at reunions, making a colorful addition to living rooms. However, if your family's style leans more towards traditional and formal, this might not be your cup of tea.

How we create whimsical family caricatures.

Your journey starts by uploading a family photo. Our AI technology first transforms it by creating an exaggerated likeness, capturing those unique facial expressions. Then, our artists refine every detail, ensuring it retains personality and charm. Our head of production, Maya Chen, ensures that only the best make it through — about 1 in 10 might need retweaking to achieve this balance.

Why choose a caricature over traditional portraits?

Unlike flat, stock canvas prints, each caricature is a lively, one-of-a-kind representation imbued with personality — yours. We're committed to keeping themes fresh, updating regularly to capture attention and maintain exclusivity, so your piece feels truly special.
