It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Imagine her dressed in an elegant fur coat, donning a sparkling necklace amid a backdrop of lively festive decorations. This isn't just any canvas art; it's her very own Christmas story, captured in vibrant colors and exquisite detail.

Perfect for the woman who cherishes the warmth and enchantment of the holidays, this portrait promises to be both a cherished keepsake and a stunning addition to her home decor. Whether it's a thoughtful surprise or a celebratory piece for herself, this canvas captures the spirit of the season in a playful, yet sophisticated manner.

TL;DR: This whimsical Christmas portrait is a perfect surprise for women who adore the holiday season. It transforms her photo into a festive artwork with charming details.

Who is this Whimsical Christmas Portrait Perfect For?

This holiday canvas is ideal for women who love Christmas sparkle and personal touches. Whether it's your sister who's always first to string the lights, or your mom who bakes holiday treats with joy, this artwork will speak to them. However, if she's more of a 'bah humbug' type when it comes to festivities, this might not be her thing.

How Do We Create Your Whimsical Christmas Portrait?

We start with your chosen photo, which is then digitally transformed by AI to overlay charming Christmas elements. After this initial magic, our artists refine every pixel, ensuring her likeness is perfectly captured. Crafted on museum-quality canvas, this piece is built to last—a proud 1 in 10 faces make it through our rigorous quality check.

Why Choose Our Christmas Canvas Over Others?

Unlike generic holiday prints, this canvas is uniquely hers with personal elements woven into every inch. Our themes retire every season, making her portrait truly one-of-a-kind. It's more than decor; it's a festive piece of art that celebrates her individuality.
