I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Step into a Winter Wonderland with Your Family

Imagine your family nestled in a warm festive setting, complete with twinkling Christmas lights, soft snow outside the window, and everyone in matching holiday sweaters. This isn't just a portrait—it's your own Christmas story brought to life on canvas.

We throw in details like a cozy fireplace, the scent of pine cones, and even Santa's sleigh tracks, making it the perfect backdrop for remembering precious holiday moments.

TL;DR: Turn your family photo into a Christmas masterpiece with the Custom Christmas Family Portrait. Ideal for parents, grandparents, or any family cherishing holiday gatherings.

Who Will Love This Family Christmas Canvas?

This portrait is perfect for families who dive deep into the Christmas spirit—those who decorate with gusto and love the idea of capturing their festive traditions on canvas. It's especially cherished by parents and grandparents looking to preserve holiday memories. If your family skips the tree and holiday lights, this might not reflect your celebration style.

What's the Magic Behind Your Festive Portrait?

The process starts with your uploaded photo, which goes through a meticulous AI face-swap to ensure everyone looks their festive best. Our artists then layer in Christmas nuances, like decorative stockings or snow dusting. While about 1 in 12 drafts might get discarded due to face alignment, our head of production, Maya, guarantees a final touch that lets your family shine.

Why Choose This Christmas Canvas Over Others?

Unlike generic holiday portraits that lack personalization, this canvas is uniquely yours, right down to Santa hats that fit your family's style. Themes refresh every season, ensuring your artwork remains one-of-a-kind and never mass-produced.
