It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Step into a Whimsical Winter Wonderland

Ever dreamed of your family gathered in a timeless Christmas scene, surrounded by gentle warmth and nostalgic cheer? Our 'Custom Christmas Family Portrait' places you right at a festively decorated hearth, capturing the magic of the season with your family at its heart. This one-of-a-kind creation features a glowing fireplace, nostalgic plaid pajamas, and a decked-out Christmas tree backdrop to turn your cherished family photo into a canvas that sings of yuletide joy.

The palette leans into deep, comforting shades of red and green, complimented by subtle golds that echo the homely warmth we all seek during the holidays. It's a slice of festive warmth wrapped up in museum-quality canvas, waiting to be unveiled to family and friends alike.

TL;DR: Elevate your holiday decor with a Custom Christmas Family Portrait. Perfect for families who love celebrating togetherness, especially those who appreciate a cozy, nostalgic setting with a glowing fireplace scene—it's not ideal for minimalists or those who prefer modern decor.

Who Will Treasure This Holiday Keepsake?

This portrait is perfect for families who settle into the season's warmth, embracing the festive cheer with open arms—and flamboyant fireplace socks to match. Not so much for those who shy from traditional holiday flavors or gravitate towards minimalistic black and white decor.

How Does Your Christmas Miracle Happen?

Your journey starts with your photo upload; next, magic unfolds as AI technology crafts an initial scene. Our artists, led by the discerning eye of Maya Chen, infuse extra festive touches, ensuring only select captures pass muster. Some don’t, as 1 in 12 is lovingly scrapped if the holiday glow seems absent. The result—a museum-quality canvas that's as warm as a December hearth.

What Makes This Canvas a Holiday Standout?

This isn't just another seasonal print; it's a singular touch of holiday ambiance that's tailored exclusively to your family. While generic options get lost in repetition, these portraits—retired after six months—remain a rarity, each carefully crafted to reflect your intimate Christmas cheer.
