I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Capture Your Family's Festive Glow by the Fireplace

Step into a scene wrapped in warmth and tradition with our Christmas Family Portrait, featuring your loved ones nestled around a glowing fireplace. Picture this: twinkling lights dance on your holiday sweaters, the air fills with the familiar scent of pine, and everyone’s relaxed in the gentle ember glow.

Our expert team transforms your cherished family photo into a festive masterpiece, capturing the essence of holiday cheer. This portrait isn’t just a picture; it’s a keepsake that amplifies the joy of togetherness, designed in cozy hues that even nostalgia can't compete with.

TL;DR: This custom Christmas family portrait is perfect for families wanting to immortalize their festive spirit. With a cozy fireplace setting, it's a beautiful gift for holiday gatherings and family-loving folks.

Who's ready for their place by the Christmas hearth?

This portrait suits families who revel in the Christmas spirit, cherish holiday traditions, and adore decorating their homes with personalized art. It's especially loved by grandmothers who want a visual testament to family gatherings. Not ideal for someone preferring modern or abstract themes without festive elements.

How is your festive portrait crafted to perfection?

Your journey begins with uploading a family photo. Using intelligent AI, we swap faces into a festive template, which then gets the artist's touch for refinement. Handled by our head of production, Maya, this process ensures we discard about 1 in 12 outputs to maintain quality. Finally, your memory arrives on a museum-quality canvas!

What makes this a truly unique Christmas keepsake?

Unlike mass-produced prints, this portrait captures your family in an intimate setting filled with Christmas spirit. We retire each theme every six months, making it a truly rare piece in your holiday collection. Celebrate your family in a one-of-a-kind keepsake that won't be found on anyone else's wall.
