It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

If you love gathering around the fireplace, sharing gifts, and reveling in festive cheer, this product is for you. However, if your decor leans towards minimalist and non-holiday themes, this might not be the best match.

How We Craft Your Christmas Masterpiece

Our process begins with you uploading a cherished family photo. We utilize advanced AI technology for an initial face-swap, followed by skilled artists refining each detail, ensuring the final product is nothing short of perfection. Interestingly, about 1 in 12 portraits undergo a second review to meet our quality standards. The result is a vibrant, museum-quality canvas that embodies your family's holiday spirit.

Why This Festive Portrait Elevates Your Holiday Decor

Unlike generic stock canvases, our creation is a one-of-a-kind artwork crafted from your photo. Each theme is retired after just six months to keep it exclusive. The magic lies in the joyful family expressions captured in a cozy Christmas setting that only your loved ones can complete.
