It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Holiday Magic for Your Golden Retriever

Imagine your Golden Retriever frolicking in a whimsical snow-covered wonderland, complete with glistening pine trees and a cozy cabin backdrop. This isn't just a portrait; it's a scene where your beloved dog takes the starring role in their own holiday tale.

Flatter your retriever's golden fur with a vibrant red scarf and capture the essence of a joyful winter day. This themed portrait turns any photo into a seasonal centerpiece, perfect for cozying up your living room or gifting to fellow dog lovers. As unique as a snowflake, each piece is crafted to reflect your pet's individual charm.

TL;DR: This portrait is a custom-made Christmas gift, ideal for Golden Retriever owners who want to see their pet in a magical snowy scene. Perfect for festive home decor.

Which pups truly dazzle in this Christmas setting?

This portrait perfectly suits dog owners who cherish their pets as family members, particularly those with a Golden Retriever whose coat gleams against winter backdrops. Ideal for festive gift-givers seeking a memorable holiday decoration, it brings warmth to Christmas gatherings. However, if your pup isn't a fan of playtime in the snow, consider capturing their charm in a different setting, like our Romantic Holiday Canvas.

How do we turn your dog into a Christmas icon?

Each portrait begins with you submitting a treasured photo of your pet. Using advanced AI face-swapping technology, we incorporate your dog's likeness into a winter wonderland. Our artists meticulously refine the details, ensuring every bit of personality shines through. We discard about 1 in 12 initial renders if the face alignment isn't perfect, underscoring our commitment to quality. Finally, we print the masterpiece on museum-worthy canvas.

What makes this Christmas portrait stand out?

Unlike off-the-shelf holiday canvases, your Golden Retriever's unique character breathes life into this custom artwork. The snowy Christmas theme, coupled with our limited edition approach, makes it not just a portrait but an heirloom. Retiring themes after six months adds to its exclusivity, transforming a cheery photo into an art piece with lasting sentimental and decorative value.
