I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Wrap Your Love in Holiday Charm

Draped in the warmth of twinkling lights and nestled in festive holiday scenes, your love story comes to life on our custom Christmas canvas. Imagine walking into a room and being embraced by a scene that looks more magical than a holiday film.

Whether it's the snow-dusted window sills or the cozy corners accented with gingerbread decor, this portrait captures a slice of yuletide romance that's unmistakably yours.

TL;DR: A heartfelt custom Christmas portrait designed for couples who cherish the magic of the season. Perfect for anniversaries or to adorn your holiday decor.

Is This Festive Fairy Tale for You?

This portrait is ideal for couples who live for the gentle nostalgia of the holiday season. Perfect for those commemorating their first Christmas together or celebrating decades of festive memories. Not for couples who prefer minimalist decor sans seasonal flair.

How Our Holiday Portraits Are Crafted

Your uploaded photograph is first transformed through our AI face-swap technology to align seamlessly with the festive elements. Our artists then fine-tune each detail, from the glistening ornaments to the smirk of comfort that a holiday setting brings. We do discard about 1 in 12 drafts if the magic doesn’t ignite, ensuring only the perfect portrayal.

Why This Isn't Just Any Festive Canvas

Unlike generic stock prints, each canvas is a unique tapestry of your personal holiday cheer. We retire themes every six months, guaranteeing a surprising exclusivity to your festive keepsake. You're not just part of the holiday decor; you are the center of it.
