I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Celebrate Your Love Amidst Holiday Magic

Picture this: you and your loved one, swathed in the warm glow of Christmas lights, snug beneath Santa hats. Our custom Christmas couple portrait transforms your shared moments into a holiday masterpiece. Enjoy the elegance of red velvet, perfect for cozying up by the fireplace.

This isn't just a photo on canvas; it's a romantic holiday narrative. Imagine Christmas morning, unwrapping a cherished memory that brings joy year after year. This is what your love's holiday tale looks like.

TL;DR: A delightful custom canvas for couples, capturing the intimacy of Christmas with Santa hats and festive lights. Ideal for partners who cherish personal, heartfelt holiday gifts.

Which Couples Perfectly Embrace the Holiday Spirit?

Perfect for romantic partners who adore celebrating their love in festive flair. Whether it's your first Christmas together or your fortieth, this canvas captures the joy of the season. Not the best fit for those who aren't into holiday decor or themes.

How Do We Craft Your Holiday Love Story?

We start with your submitted photos and use AI magic to exchange faces with festive characters. Each artwork is manually refined by our artists to ensure quality. Fun fact? We discard roughly 1 in 12 attempts when facial features aren't aligned just right. The final product is a vibrant, museum-quality canvas.

What Sets This Christmas Portrait Apart?

Unlike generic holiday prints, our custom portrait is a one-of-a-kind creation. Your faces, imprinted in festive joy, make it truly yours. Plus, to ensure exclusivity, we retire each theme after six months.
