I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Transform Into Your Elf-selves This Holiday

Envision yourself as charming elves amidst twinkling Christmas lights and drifting snowflakes. This portrait captures the whimsical joy of the holiday season, showcasing your love in the most festive light. It's an experience as much as a gift, perfect for those who cherish enchanting memories together.

Unlike the typical holiday photo, this canvas brings a dash of playfulness and magic to your seasonal decor. A Merry Christmas sign ties it all together, making your love the highlight of the holidays.

TL;DR: Capture the joy of the season with a Christmas Elf portrait, ideal for couples who love to embrace holiday magic and are seeking a festive and unique gift.

Are These Festive Canvases Right for Us?

This portrait is perfect for couples who embrace the whimsy of the holidays, share a fondness for playful traditions, or simply want a unique piece to adorn their walls each December. It might not be for those who prefer more traditional or minimalist holiday decor.

Crafting Your Elf Transformation Step-by-Step

Your journey to elf transformation begins with the photo you upload. Through advanced AI, we swap faces to fit the enchanting elf theme, followed by artist refinement for those crucial finishing touches. Our head of production, Maya, insists on discarding about 1 in 12 generated images — because we care about getting the perfect elf look.

Why This Elf Portrait Stands Out in Seasonal Decor

Unlike other generic holiday art, this canvas is a one-of-a-kind creation, reflecting your unique relationship. It won't sit unsold on a shelf because it's tailor-made from your photo, ensuring your piece is as personal as it is beautiful. Plus, we retire themes after 6 months to keep them rare and special.

자주 묻는 질문

What if my photo quality is low? While higher quality images yield the best results, our team will review the image and advise if it needs replacing. We aim for clarity and sharpness.
Can I swap faces later?Once production has started, changes aren't possible. We always confirm your preview to make sure it's perfect before proceeding.
Are your canvases ready to hang?Absolutely! Each canvas comes pre-stretched and ready to display, so you can hang it right away.
Is the canvas waterproof? Our canvases are water-resistant but not waterproof, so it's best to avoid places with high humidity.
Do I need to frame it?Framing is optional! Our canvases come with a finished edge that looks great hanging alone, but you can certainly frame it for an added touch.
