I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Which couples can pull off this lively cartoon scene?

This lively portrait is perfect for couples who cherish fun and laughter in their daily lives. Imagine partners who turn routine errands into playful adventures, or the pair who sees every shopping trip as a chance to bond and share laughs. If your idea of together-time is lively and full of humor, this is designed for you. However, if quiet, understated decor is more your style, you might want to check out our Dinosaur Trainer Canvas for something a little less energetic.

How is your cartoon world created?

Your uploaded photo is transformed through our advanced AI into a cartoon likeness, featuring all the delightful details of a whimsical shopping escapade. Our skilled artists then refine each piece, ensuring every expression and movement tells your story accurately. However, about 1 in 12 creations don’t make the cut on their first pass due to our rigorous standards to capture the essence of your relationship perfectly.

How does this canvas stand out in cartoon artistry?

The joy captured isn't just captured—it’s curated, with each flourish tailored to your crazy, beautiful life together.
