I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Which couples are the perfect fit for a Cartoon Portrait?

This portrait is a delightful fit for couples who thrive on playfulness and whimsy. It's suited for partners who love adding a dash of fun to their decor, making it a great choice for newlyweds or those celebrating long-term milestones wishing to relive their playful beginnings.

Honestly, if you’re more into traditional or serious home aesthetics, this might not hit the right note.

How do we create your Cartoon Portrait?

We start by transforming your favorite photo using advanced AI to craft a whimsical cartoon style. Our skilled artists refine these creations, adding personal touches and ensuring top-notch quality before it's transferred to museum-quality canvas. Of every 12 generated images, we might discard one to maintain our high standards.

What sets our Cartoon Portraits apart from others?

Unlike generic art prints, each of our Cartoon Couple Portraits is a distinctly personal piece. Rare by design, we retire themes periodically to ensure your art remains as unique as you are. The face is unmistakably yours; no two are alike.
