I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Let Your Little Explorer Encounter Dinosaurs

In our latest Cartoon Boy Portrait, the world of dinosaurs bursts into life with your child as the center of the adventure. Imagine him standing fearless beside a magnificent T-Rex, surrounded by vibrant prehistoric landscapes — clouds whispering across towering peaks, hinting at the daring stories yet to unfold.

This isn't just about a photo turned into a cartoon; it's about reimagining reality where dinosaurs roam and your child is the explorer, hero, and storyteller all at once. Perfect for those who dream of Mesozoic adventures.

TL;DR: A custom cartoon canvas for boys who dream of dinosaurs, capturing their imagination in a personalized Mesozoic adventure.

Whose Adventures Are Painted Here?

This portrait is perfect for young boys who dream about dinosaurs and adventure. Think Timmy, the 6-year-old who’s memorized every dinosaur name, or Alex, who always has a toy Triceratops in his backpack. If your child isn’t into fantasy worlds and much prefers modern cars and race tracks instead, you might consider the Whimsical Dinosaur Adventure.

How Do We Craft This Dinosaur Tale?

Our custom portrait journey begins when you upload your favorite photo. Next, our technology transitions from image to illustration, capturing the essence before an artist hand-refines every detail. It's no secret — 1 in 12 faces need re-adjustment to ensure that exceptional cartoon realism. Finally, we print it on high-quality museum canvas, creating a vibrant scene ready for display.

Why Choose This Adventure Over Stock Prints?

Unlike generic dinosaur-themed prints, this canvas is one-of-one, with custom details unique to your child’s face and expression. Plus, with our themes refreshing each season, your canvas stays distinctive and never mainstream.

자주 묻는 질문

Can the portrait include additional props? Each portrait focuses on the main character and the dinosaur landscape. Currently, we don't add extra elements beyond the core theme to maintain clarity and style.
How good should the photo quality be?While our team works wonders with various photos, clearer images produce the best transformations. Blurry photos might lose critical details, essential for an accurate portrayal.
Is it possible to change themes after an order?Once the order is in production, altering themes complicates the process. We suggest confirming your selection before completing the purchase.
What if the face swap isn't perfect? In rare cases, if you're not satisfied, contact our team. We'll adjust it to meet your expectations at no extra charge.
