It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Turn Birthday Photos into Festive Art

What better way to capture the essence of a birthday bash than with ice cream, candy, and all things festive? This Custom Birthday Family Portrait is more than just a photo on canvas—it's a vibrant celebration of sweet, unforgettable family moments.

The background is a kaleidoscope of colors, designed to pop with energy, perfect for turning an ordinary family photo into a timeless piece of art that feels as delightful as a day filled with sugar and laughter.

TL;DR: This custom family portrait is perfect for celebrating birthdays with loved ones; it features vibrant ice cream and candy for a splash of fun, turning a family photo into lively art.

Who will love a festive ice cream portrait?

This portrait is tailor-made for families who want to add a splash of fun to their birthday celebrations and captures those who cherish vibrant, colorful memories. Perfect for those whose family gatherings often revolve around sweet treats and laughter. If your home decor leans towards minimalism and muted colors, this might not be your canvas.

What's the scoop on creating your portrait?

To start, you'll upload a cherished family photo. Our AI smartly swaps faces into our pre-designed birthday scene. From there, our talented artists refine the portrait to ensure that every smile is true to life. However, not every photo fits perfectly with our template—we discard about 1 in 12 that don't meet our quality standards to maintain a high standard.

Why choose our candy-coated canvas?

Unlike generic family canvas options, our portraits are one-of-one custom works, crafted with a background filled with vibrant ice cream and candy themes that pop with life. Every design is retired after six months, ensuring that your art remains exclusive and special.
