I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Slam Dunk Scene for Your Young MVP

If your boy dreams of hearing the cheering crowd as he makes the perfect slam dunk, we've got something magical for him. Our custom basketball portrait captures your young athlete's heroic moment with soaring action, vivid arena lights, and that triumphant jersey number in high detail.

This is more than just a photo on canvas; it's the excitement of the game captured for eternity. Ideal for his bedroom, this piece resonates with budding sports stars.

TL;DR: A custom portrait for young basketball enthusiasts, capturing the thrill of a slam dunk on museum-quality canvas. Ideal for birthdays or sports milestone celebrations.

Which young players fit the basketball legend look?

This portrait is perfect for boys aged 8 to 15 who live and breathe basketball, from weekend league players to aspiring high school team stars. It's also great for parents looking to celebrate a special sports milestone. However, if your child isn't into basketball, this might not be the best fit.

How is the slam dunk portrait crafted?

We begin with a photo you provide, then our AI works its magic to place your boy in a dynamic slam dunk scene. We have professional artists refine the final portrait to ensure every detail is perfect. Fun fact: we discard about 1 in 12 initial AI drafts because it doesn't meet our quality standards.

Why choose this over basic sports prints?

Unlike typical sports posters, this portrait is a one-of-a-kind masterpiece. We retire each theme after just six months, making it a rare collectible. Your boy's likeness is center court, ensuring that no two pieces are alike.
