It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

This portrait is perfect for couples who share a passion for anime and storytelling. Whether celebrating an anniversary or looking for a unique piece to cherish, our canvas brings fantasy to life in a way your photos never could.

TL;DR: This canvas transforms your favorite couple photo into an anime warrior motif. Ideal for couples who love anime and seek a distinctive gift for anniversaries or special occasions.

Should You Become Anime Warriors?

This portrait is a hit with couples who adore anime and want to see themselves as characters within that universe. It's especially great for those celebrating anniversaries, weddings, or even just cherishing a shared passion. But if you're not into the playful, colorful splendor unique to anime, this might not be your style.

Crafting Your Anime Fantasy

Your journey into the anime world begins with uploading a high-quality photo. Our AI combines your image with a meticulously illustrated anime backdrop and style. Once the face-swap process locks, artists refine each detail to ensure authenticity. We discard about 1 in 12 initial generations for quality control, ensuring that your final portrait is flawless and museum-ready. Printed onto canvas, your artwork becomes a durable, captivating centerpiece.

Why This Isn't Just Another Canvas

Unlike generic canvas prints, our anime portraits are personal and exclusive. We retire a theme after 6 months to ensure rarity — what you get is truly one-of-a-kind. By choosing us, you're selecting a work of art that stands apart from conventional portraits, spotlighting you as heroes within your cherished genre.
