I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Bring Your Family's Anime Saga to Life

Step into a world where your family embraces anime magic, becoming the characters in a story uniquely theirs. Picture your loved ones, complete with vivid color palettes and ethereal backdrops — it's like nothing else.

This theme flatters families who adore the animated style, with its whimsical colors and the unmistakable charm that anime characters bring to life. Imagine your living room gallery, enchanting visitors as they admire you as anime icons.

TL;DR: Transform your family photo into a vibrant custom anime portrait on canvas. Perfect for anime-loving families and fans celebrating togetherness uniquely.

Which families truly rock the anime portrait look?

Anime-loving families, especially those with teenage kids, will cherish this magical transformation. It's ideal for your home or gifts to grandparents who appreciate unique artwork. If you're more into naturalistic art, this isn't your theme.

Creating an anime masterpiece of your family

Your photo goes through AI face-swap magic before our skilled artists refine every detail for authenticity. We discard roughly 1 in 12 drafts to ensure your faces blend perfectly with the theme, capturing the essence of anime flair.

Why choose our anime magic over standard prints?

Standard prints can't compete with this one-of-a-kind, magical portrait. We frequently retire themes to maintain uniqueness, ensuring your anime family moment remains a limited edition.

Is the canvas ready to hang?Absolutely! Each canvas arrives ready to hang, perfect for instant display.
Can I include pets in the portrait?Yes, pets are family too! Include them in your photo, and we’ll animate them along with the rest.
