It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

TL;DR: This Cracked Porcelain Mask Couple Portrait captures the gothic essence perfect for Halloween enthusiasts or couples drawn to the mysterious allure of hidden identities.

Who Thrives in a Gothic Masked Portrait?

Ideal for couples fascinated by gothic art and Halloween-themed celebrations, this portrait whispers to those drawn to the allure of mystery. It's also a thoughtful gift for those cherishing unique, expressive art pieces. However, if you're seeking bright and cheerful themes, this may not suit your taste.

How Does Your Portrait Emerge?

Our meticulous process begins with your photo, transformed through AI face-swapping that lays the foundation for our artists. We focus on exquisitely crafting each crack and shadow before presenting you with a museum-quality canvas. As our head of production, Maya, notes, 'About one in twelve images are set aside to uphold our elegance standard'.

Why Choose Our Gothic Mask Design?

This isn't just any portrait; it's a one-of-a-kind masterpiece. Unlike typical masks, our cracked porcelain design holds a narrative of elegance and enigma, with themes retired every six months to maintain exclusivity. Your portrait will never meet its twin.
