I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Capture Your Magic in a Witch's Cozy Cottage

Tucked away in the heart of an enchanted forest, your Cozy Witch Cottage portrait embodies the mystic warmth of Halloween evenings. Rich in deep greens and autumnal oranges, this piece is perfect for those who seek comfort in the curious and peculiar. The gentle light from the cottage window promises a magical, inviting atmosphere.

Designed specifically for Halloween lovers and those with a penchant for whimsical charm, this portrait fits seamlessly into your mystical space. The personalized touch brings your imagination into vivid life, transforming a simple photo into a treasured magical keepsake.

TL;DR: The Cozy Witch Cottage portrait is a custom keepsake for Halloween enthusiasts, couples, and pet owners who appreciate mystical charm woven into everyday life.

Who thrives in the magical ambiance of a witch's cottage?

This portrait is ideal for couples who revel in the fantasy realm of witches and magic, especially those who find beauty in the eerie and enchanted. It's also perfect for pet owners who want their fuzzy friends depicted in a uniquely mystical setting. Probably not for traditionalists who prefer plain landscapes over mystical interpretations.

How is this spellbinding portrait crafted?

Every portrait begins with you uploading your chosen photo. Through AI face-swap technology, we blend real features with magical details, followed by a skilled artist’s touch to refine your likeness. We discard 1 in 12 generations to ensure the portrait truly resonates with your essence. Our head of production, Maya, insists on this detail to uphold our quality standards.

Why choose our Cozy Witch Cottage over others?

Unlike generic witch theme products, our Cozy Witch Cottage portrait offers a unique, personalized touch that captures not just your face but the Halloween spirit in exquisite detail. We retire themes after 6 months, ensuring your magical portrait remains as unique as a spell.
