It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Create Magic With A Witchy Wonderland

Step into an enchanting realm where your child's imagination comes alive. The Cozy Witch Cottage canvas transforms their photo into a whimsical scene, complete with flickering candlelight, rustic wooden beams, and charming potion bottles. It's not just a gift, but an experience that blooms with warmth and mystery every time they see it.

This portrait takes your child from their everyday world into a magical cottage nestled among autumn leaves and forest whispers. Perfect for sparking joy and wonder, this masterpiece is more than a seasonal decoration — it's a keepsake to cherish.

TL;DR: The Cozy Witch Cottage custom portrait is a whimsical canvas turning your child's photo into a magical scene. Ideal for kids who love fairy tales and Halloween, it's a charming gift that warms any room.

Which kids will adore their witchy transformation?

This canvas is a dream for kids who adore fairy tales and magical stories — perfect for birthdays or Halloween. If your child spends hours imagining magical worlds, they'll love this portrait. However, it's not for those who might find some elements of witchcraft unsettling.

How is your witchy wonderland created?

Our process begins when you upload your child's photo. We employ AI for an initial face-swap, creating a base that our artists then refine for detail. The portrait is printed on museum-quality canvas, ensuring durability and clarity. Interestingly, about 1 in 12 preliminary attempts are discarded because the details don't align properly — we prioritize perfection.

What's so special about this cozy cottage canvas?

Unlike generic canvas prints, this Cozy Witch Cottage portrait is uniquely yours. Each scene is customized and the magic captured is specific to your child's essence. Significantly, the design themes are retired after a short run, ensuring your portrait remains rare and special.
