I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

With a palette that captures the dynamic hustle and flow of sports, this canvas becomes a centerpiece in any room. It's a perfect balance of personal touch and artistic flair.

TL;DR: The Best Coach Ever Gift transforms a special photo into a custom canvas, perfect for acknowledging your coach's dedication and team spirit during retirements, achievements, or simply to say 'thank you'.

Who truly benefits from a Team Spirit Canvas?

This canvas suits coaches who have led with inspiration, teammates who've earned your admiration, and mentors who've influenced your path. It's not ideal for someone who prefers digital gifts over tangible art pieces.

How is this celebratory canvas created?

Our process starts with your photo, which undergoes an AI-enhanced face-swap, followed by expert artist refinements. The canvas is museum-grade, ensuring long-lasting quality. We reject about 1 in 12 attempts to guarantee satisfaction.

Why choose this custom canvas over a generic photo print?

Unlike generic canvas prints, this is uniquely yours; every face is custom-fit to the theme. We retire themes biannually to maintain exclusivity and freshness.
