I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Is Your Kid Ready to Hatch as a Dino?

Perfect for parents wanting to capture a playful moment, gift-givers seeking unique baby shower delights, and those decorating kids' rooms with whimsical flair. Not recommended if you're not interested in fantasy or playful themes.

How Do We Create Your Dino Masterpiece?

We start with your uploaded photo, run it through an AI for precise face-mapping as a baby dino, and then our artists refine details for a crisp finish. Unlike some, we reject about 10% of AI results that miss the mark on likeness, ensuring your canvas is as perfect as your child.

Why Is This Dinosaur Canvas Unique?

This isn't merely a printed dinosaur canvas; it's a custom-crafted piece where your little one becomes the star of the prehistoric world. Our themes are refreshed every six months, keeping your selection rare and exclusive.
