It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Embrace Your Dark Side in the Autumn Light

Experience the haunting allure of autumn with our custom Gothic Estate Portrait. Envision your family's likeness surrounded by dramatic turrets, winding ivy, and a moody, leaf-strewn landscape. This portrait combines the rich hues of fall with the timeless gothic elements, crafting a unique ambiance that whispers of mystery and vintage elegance.

Our Gothic theme bestows a sense of grandeur and depth, making it ideal for the artistic family unafraid to embrace the shadows. It's not just a portrait; it's a story waiting to be hung on your wall, or gifted to those who revel in the unusual.

TL;DR: A personalized canvas for families captivated by autumnal mystery and gothic charm. Perfect for the home or as a unique gift.

Who Thrives in This Gothic Autumn Setting?

If you're a family that adores dark romances, historical dramas, or has a penchant for the Victorian era, this Gothic Estate Portrait will fit right into your world. It's also a stellar gift for the friend who is always first in line at the haunted house or signing up for ghost tours. However, if your style is more minimalist and modern, this might not be the canvas for you.

How Do We Capture Gothic Elegance?

Your portrait begins with a carefully selected photo, which undergoes AI face-swapping to meld seamlessly into an autumn-themed gothic scene. Our artists refine every detail to ensure your face blends naturally with the elaborate backdrop. Remarkably, about 1 in 12 initial creations are reworked to perfect this integration. To finish, we print on a premium museum-grade canvas, delivering a piece with lasting quality and vibrant hues.

Why Choose Our Gothic Portrait Over Others?

Unlike typical canvas prints that can be replicated at any chain store, our Gothic Estate Portrait is a one-of-one masterpiece. Each design is retired after six months to preserve its uniqueness, ensuring your family is portrayed in an exclusive light with the enigmatic allure that off-the-shelf options simply can't match.
