It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Infuse Magic with an Arcane Library Portrait

Step into a world where ancient tomes and glowing runes cast an aura of mystery and enchantment. With each portrait, the Arcane Library canvas envelops your loved one in a warm, luminescent glow that whispers of spells yet to be cast.

This isn't just any fantasy setting; it's designed for those who see beauty in intellect and cherish the wisdom of ages past. A linguistic tapestry of the magical, making it a perfect canvas gift for lovers of fantasy and knowledge.

TL;DR: Transforms photos into spellbinding library scenes, ideal for lovers of fantasy and wisdom-themed gifts.

Who can pull off the Arcane Wizard look?

If you know someone who cherishes the quiet whisper of ancient texts, this portrait will speak to their soul. Ideal for educators, fantasy readers, or those who simply love to escape into a world of wonder during their downtime. If high-energy action is more their style, consider a Battle Mage variant instead.

How is this magical portrait crafted?

Your photo undergoes a face-swap transformation using AI technology, but with a twist—it’s then artistically refined, ensuring the final image isn't just another generic wizard portrait. Our head of production, Maya Chen, insists on discarding about 1 in 12 generated images because the alignment of features must be perfect.

Why is an Arcane Library portrait unique?

The Arcane Library portrait isn't some off-the-shelf wizard print; it’s a personalized masterpiece, where your chosen face graces a unique scene filled with glowing runes and mystical bookshelves—a setting licensed exclusively to remain in limited rotation, making your gift truly one-of-a-kind.

자주 묻는 질문

What if the photo quality is low?We recommend high-resolution images for the best result; however, our artists will give it a once-over to tweak and enhance the portrait as needed.
Can I swap faces later?Once the design is finalized and shipped, further modifications can't be made, so choose wisely.
Does the color palette differ much?Yes, the Arcane Library uses warm, ambient tones to imbue every piece with an unmistakable magical glow.
Can I request extra props or elements?Unfortunately, no custom props are allowed beyond what's provided in the theme. This maintains the integrity and coherence of the style.
Is there a risk it won’t look like me?We've fine-tuned our process to ensure a 95% likeness, but our artist refinement process will take care of any anomalies.
